Grilling.
In hot humid south bama.
Food will be yummy...but our ac is still kaput...and we have a window unit in our front living room...but grilling is just better when you can really chill out afterward. Oh well...thank God for my window unit!!!
Btw..I am so very glad I wasn't born in the  pre-electricity years. I NEED my ac, my fridge, my hot water, my microwave, my cell phone...ya know? (:
Ribs n chicken...mamas tater salad, baked beans, and dirt cake.
