1 1/2 pound hamburger meat
3 -4 med potatoes, diced and boiled
1 med onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c milk
3/4 c shredded carrots
1 c cooked rice
2-3 beef bullion cubes
2 c water
Salt and pepper to taste
Brown hamburger meat and onion. Season to taste. In a stock pot, cook potatoes. Drain. Add all other ingredients. Bring to a boil. Serve with yeast rolls.
